Q: Can I request refund in cash?
Products sold are not refundable. All products will be QC before delivered. Nevertheless, we will process accordingly if you receive damaged product(s) or incorrect product(s) with proof and original receipt /invoice provided. Such request shall be raised within 1 day after product(s) is received. Damage or defective issue raised after 1 day upon order delivered shall not be entertained

Kindly contact Customer Service at afghomespa.com. We will reply the email within two(2) working days. Kindly provide information as below:
- Order Number
- Date of product received
- Name of product
- Condition of product
- Reason of return
- Relevant photo
- Upon confirmation, customers are advised to pack appropriately and use a reliable courier service to return the products.
- Provide tracking number
Kindly provide tracking number to us by email.

Return policy
Products sold are not refundable.
Exchange of product is allowed if product received in damaged condition or received product is different as stated in invoice. Afghomespa will bear all shipping cost involved after confirmation.
Exchange of product is allowed upon request of customer provided the packaging is new and original condition, packed in original packing and include original receipt when we receive the products and exchange is requested within 1 days after product are received by customer.
Afghomespa reserves the right of final decision if the returned product is in unsatisfactory condition.
We will process the return in 3-5 working days from the day we received returned product.
Status of the return will be updated through email.
